Here at the Ink Spot, we specialize in the sale of original comic art as well as personalized commissions and re-creations. All of our art is done solely or partially by veteran comic book inker/penciler and site owner and co-operator Ray Kryssing. Ray has been working on comics for the past 22 years with some of the biggest names in the business. Names like: John Byrne (Spiderman and Jack Kirby's 4th world), Sal Buscema (Superboy), Bart Sears (Spiderwoman, Blade, Silver Surfer, X-O Manowar, Ominous Press and Eclipso), Scot Eaton (Creature Commandos, JLA Superpowers and Secret Files 2000), Tom Grummett (Robin and Superboy), Stuart Immonen (Legion of Super Heroes) and Jan Duursema (Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones movie adaptation and Rite of passage) to name just a few!

An avid comic book fan and a consummate professional, Ray puts his heart and soul into each page of art that he does. Most of our sites work is done on heavy 2 ply Bristol paper with black India ink, pen and brush. Commissioned projects however, dictate the actual needed mediums required for each individual page of art.
